Some of our courses require some qualifications or previous experience from the candidate due to the nature the course. These are the pre-requirements to book and join this course:

Day 1 – Welcome to the Waves
Theme: Ocean Discovery & Team Spirit
Morning:
Arrival and welcome session at Faro Beach
Ice-breaker games and orientation
Intro to Water Safety & Ocean Awareness Workshop
Afternoon:
Stand-Up Paddleboarding (SUP) basics and guided coastal tour
Group beach activities and swim time
Evening (only residential camps):
Sunset walk along the Ria Formosa Nature Park

Day 2 – Ocean Adventures & Exploration
Theme: Marine Wildlife & Sustainability
Morning:
Dolphin-Watching RIB trip – learn about marine life and conservation
Visit to the Science Museum in Faro – discover ocean science and local ecology
Afternoon:
Kayaking through the lagoons of Ria Formosa – explore hidden channels and islands
Relax at the beach and team photo challenge

Day 3 – Sail, Science & Stewardship
Theme: Nautical Skills & Conservation
Morning:
Intro to Sailing Workshop – learn the basics of wind, balance, and teamwork

Beach Cleanup Challenge – teamwork for a cleaner coast
